As an experienced organizational development practitioner, Saeed specializes in working with diverse stakeholder groups to build systems capacity through facilitation of strategic planning processes, collective impact efforts, leadership development, skill-building workshops, and executive coaching to help teams implement their ideas and vision in support of lasting community change. Saeed has worked at the local, national, and international levels on a diverse set of projects and has expertise in issue areas as broad as education, criminal justice, health and aging, and the use of photography and film in visual storytelling and digital communications. Saeed’s expertise is routinely sought out on Boards of Directors, Advisory Committees, and as a speaker on issues related to leadership, organizational development, and community change. Saeed earned his Master of Arts in Social Anthropology from the University of London with Distinction and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC).
