Iris is a Senior Associate Consultant at VIVA, where she leverages her experience in program development and coordination to support strategy and communication initiatives that impact children, families, and communities. She is passionate about social justice and empowering diverse stakeholders to effectively collaborate in order to create long-lasting and meaningful social change. Prior to joining VIVA, Iris developed and managed several programs in the nonprofit sector serving underserved communities, and provided program evaluation support for a startup education technology company. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Sociology and Feminist Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California.
